Glass of Wine and Tutoring with every Course

Saturday October 9th - 7.00 for 7.15. Tickets on sale from the Bar from Wed 1st September at £45 each. Limit 50 tickets. 

Dress is Jacket and Tie for men.

Hurry along - the Quiz Night is on Saturday 25th Sept with Tom Thompson as the Quizmaster.

Starts 7pm with Finger Buffet at 8.30

Hearty congratulations to the Murrayfield ladies team which played on Saturday 21^st August in Round 8 of The Mail on Sunday competition.

We played a team from Pontefract GC who travelled to Edinburgh for the match.  We were surprised when we arrived at the golf club to play our match to find, not only the Pontefract team, but also their caddies and their supporters!  A phone call mustering some support for us was successful and before long we were joined by some of our loyal supporters – namely Bill and Rosemary Denny, Isobel Hastings, Irene Lindsay, Carol Scott, Jane Bruce and several others.  We are so grateful to everyone who came along to support us.  Thank you, too, to Jinty, John and their staff for their enthusiastic support and for looking after us so well.

Our team of Margaret Fergusson, Ray Lynch, Denise Mitchell, Norma Richmond and Caroline Johnstone eventually triumphed 3-2!

We now travel to Worsley Park near Manchester for the quarter-finals on 26^th and 27^th September.
